Arnold Companies is a multi-generational Southwest Florida real estate firm that began with Arthur L. Arnold’s investments in Naples in 1959 Donald L. Arnold then evolved the firm into one of the region’s most significant industrial and commercial developers.
The company grew from developing early beachfront condominiums into large-scale light-industrial parks, brokerage, and property management. By the early 2000s it was dominating Collier County’s industrial inventory and expanding north into Charlotte and Sarasota counties.
